Who We Help
Our team is dedicated to serving the people who serve our communities. This includes:
- Veterans
- Firefighters
- Police Officers
- Teachers
- Union Members
We help these heroes protect their families.
What You Will Do
This job has two very important parts.
1. Service (Our First Priority): You will be a guide for members. Your first job is to help them get all the benefits they have already earned from their work. This includes their health cards, child safety kits, and legal wills. This part of the job is all about helping them.
2. Finding Solutions (Our Goal): After you help them, you will ask simple, structured questions. You will listen to learn about their family and their goals. If they have a need, you will show them how to add more permanent benefits to keep their family safe.
Who We Are Looking For
The AO Prado team is a highly focused, disciplined group. We are looking for people who are:
- Hard-Working: This is a 100% remote job that requires structure and focus. You will be expected to work very hard, especially in your first six months.
- Coachable: You must be able to follow a proven system. Our leaders will give you close, detailed support to help you succeed.
- Driven: This is a role with a direct link between effort and reward. The more families you help, the more you can earn.
